In unfortunate news for the Cleveland Browns, head coach Kevin Stefanski confirmed that left tackle Jedrick Wills will be placed on injured reserve due to an MCL injury.

Although the injury is not expected to end his season.Jedrick Wills suffered a high-grade MCL sprain, a low-grade PCL sprain, and a bone bruise during the Browns’ recent victory over the Cardinals.

According to reliable sources, Wills is anticipated to be out of action for approximately six weeks.Coach Stefanski mentioned that James Hudson is one of the potential replacements for Wills at left tackle.

Hudson, a rookie offensive lineman, will be given the opportunity to step up and prove his capabilities.

The Browns coaching staff will be tasked with preparing Hudson for the responsibility of protecting the quarterback’s blindside.

Apart from Wills’ injury, the Browns’ wide receiver Marquise Goodwin has been placed in concussion protocol following a hard hit during the same game.

He was hit hard on a deep pass attempt during Sunday’s game. Goodwin has three catches for 10 yards in eight games this season.
